If you are able to reach our applicable sites, your browser is compatible with TransUnion Direct. If you are unable to reach these sites, please contact your IT Department or Network Administrator.User Security Requirements:
- Active TransUnion Direct codes are required in order to access services and products delivered by TransUnion Direct.
- Each user must have their own individual User ID, Password and One Time Passcode to successfully log in to TransUnion Direct.
Software Settings:
For optimal viewing, your display setting should be set at 1024 x 768 or greater screen resolution and have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat® and WinZip® software programs installed.
