How can I obtain a User ID for TransUnion Direct?
If your company already subscribes to TransUnion Direct and you'd like to request a User ID of your own, please contact your Company Administrator or Location Administrator. He or she will be able to create a user account for you. If you do not know who your administrators are, you may ask a colleague or contact the TransUnion Global Service Desk at 800-813-5604.
I forgot my password, or have been locked out of TransUnion. How can I access the site?
If you have logged in at least once before, you may reset your password now by using the online password reset function. Select the "Password" or “Password locked” link on the login page to begin. As a reminder, you selected a Challenge Question and entered a response during your initial setup. To reset your password, you will be asked to enter your User ID and Challenge Response. You must enter the Challenge Response exactly as it is listed in your User Profile. If you cannot remember your Challenge Question, contact your Company Administrator.
If you are unable to use the online password reset function, you may contact your Company Administrator or Location Administrator for help. If you do not know who your administrators are, you may contact the TransUnion Global Service Desk at 800-813-5604.
I can’t remember my User ID. How can I look up my User ID, or who can assist me?
Select the “Forgot ID” link on the home page to request a User ID reminder. You will be required to enter your e-mail address, first name, and last name exactly as it was entered in your User Profile. A reminder containing your User ID will be sent to the email address listed in your User Profile.
